This was our final session of the Community Reporters Club that has taken place over the summer, so we recorded our conversation about what has worked well and what future purpose we think the community media approach is suited to. Thanks to Ryan and Roy for such encouraging insights and thinking. As we face a future of uncertainty and heightened feelings of crisis, it’s essential that we foster a media culture that is grounded in civic and social purpose, which enables everyone to express themselves, and aims to promote responsible sustainability that meets the challenges of embedded social dysfunction. As we meet the challenges of climate crisis, and seek solutions across all levels of society, we’ve got to make sure that media is part of the solutions, and does not remain one of the stumbling blocks for bringing about change.

I logged in with patreon, it’s noticed that I use the same email and slapped a little patreon tag on my profile! works very well, no issue!
